He holds dual Fellowships in Medicine and Cardiology (FCPS) from the College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Cardiology. Dr. Hafeez has completed a specialised Fellowship in Echocardiography at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, and holds Level B Specialist Accreditation in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA).
