Dr Aus Ahmad

Dr Aus Ahmad is a General Practitioner with a strong interest in skin cancer medicine, caring for patients of all ages across Nerang and the Gold Coast. Born and raised in South Africa, he moved to Townsville to study medicine, completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at James Cook University.
Dr Aus completed his resident years at Rockhampton Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital, and has worked as a GP at Tweed Heads Superclinic. He provides general practice care alongside a particular focus on skin cancer checks.

Further training and qualifications: Dr Aus has undertaken additional training in skin cancer medicine, including the Certificate of Dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College Australasia and the Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Surgery with HealthCert.
